Coin Wrapper

Hopper


Box which receives coins for counting and wrapping

Conveyor


Apparatus which carries coins from inside of the hopper to the centrifugal disc.

Centrifugal Disc


Apparatus which transfer coins coming from the conveyor to the rail by revolving.

Conveyor Auto-Stop


Apparatus which controls a conveyor’s operation through sensing a quantity of coins on the disc.

Rail


Rail affixed underneath the ejector belt, where coins from the disc passes by.

Ejector Belt


Belt carries coins from the disc by revolving.

Thickness


Knob controls the thickness of each coin denomination

Deflector


Apparatus, which determines the width of coin, and can be used to widen the rail’s distance so that the bent coins can be removed.

Stem Holder


Apparatus which carries coins from the rail to the supplying part or the outside. The hook and ring, mounted on the end part of stem holder, can be used to connect a coin bag thereto.

Supplying Part


Cartridges receiving coins from stem holder and preparing for a transfer to the wrapping part.

Carrying Part


Apparatus which transports accumulated coins (for example, 50 coins) from the supplying part to the wrapping part by picking them up with tongs.

Wrapping Part


Apparatus wrapping accumulated coins

Hook


Two hooks mounted on the inside of rubber-roller wrapping coin roll by pressing them down.

Wrapping Paper Stand


Bobbin on which a wrapping paper or film roll can be set

Coin Selector Switch


Choose either paper or film as a wrapping material

Coin Roll Box


Receives completely wrapped coin rolls

Separate Counting Display


A separate counting display shows number of coins and rolls wrapped for customer’s convenience
